This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the strictly prohibited and regulated commercial activities governing all merchant accounts, API integrations, and checkout flows powered by ORA PAY.

To maintain the institutional safety, security, and integrity of our payment routing infrastructure, all Merchants must comply continuously with the provisions detailed below. Any breach of this AUP constitutes a direct violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination, API suspension, and the freezing of pending settlements.

1. Lawful Digital Commerce & Permitted Core Industries

ORA PAY is engineered explicitly to process and defend legitimate, high-velocity digital products, subscriptions, and services. Permitted activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Authorized Streaming & IPTV Nodes: Distribution of digital media subscriptions, streaming configurations, and localized media hosting services where the merchant possesses lawful distribution rights or operates under valid hosting framework parameters.

  • SaaS & Cloud Software: Distribution of cloud applications, technical license keys, membership portals, and custom programming tools.

  • Freelance & Digital Agencies: Invoicing for remote consulting, web design, marketing configurations, and custom software development milestones.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities & Digital Assets

Merchants are unconditionally prohibited from utilizing ORA PAY’s infrastructure, checkout gateways, or APIs to process payments for any of the following:

A. Illegal or Infringing Digital Materials

  • Unauthorized or cracked software keys, malicious exploit kits, or digital tools specifically engineered for hacking, phishing, or breaching external server networks.

  • The explicit sale of stolen databases, scraped private personal data, or compromised corporate credentials.

  • Materials or content that directly promote hate speech, systemic violence, racial discrimination, or exploitation.

B. Financial & High-Risk Speculative Schemes

  • Decentralized peer-to-peer currency exchanges, anonymous mixing services, or unauthorized multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.

  • Pyramids, matrix programs, get-rich-quick investments, or deceptive binary option signals.

C. Physical Contraband & Restricted Goods

  • Physical weapons, firearms, ammunition, regulated pharmaceuticals, prescription-only substances, or illegal narcotics.

  • Counterfeit physical luxury goods, fake replicas, or smuggled physical assets.

3. Account Monitoring, Transaction Audits & Enforcement

To ensure seamless compliance across all connected merchant slots:

  • Automated Log Reviews: ORA PAY’s compliance desk utilizes automated system monitors to analyze incoming transaction flows for irregular volume spikes, unnatural geolocational patterns, or elevated chargeback velocities.

  • Proof of Fulfillment Demand: ORA PAY reserves the right to request proof of digital service delivery or a copy of the explicit contract signature for any specific transaction at any given moment.

  • Systemic Interventions: If a merchant profile is found to be processing payments for unauthorized or prohibited digital categories, ORA PAY will immediately revoke API communication privileges and permanently ban the associated credentials.

4. Policy Reporting & Revisions

If you suspect a merchant is deploying ORA PAY’s verification checkouts to process prohibited digital materials, please report the link directly to our compliance department at Info@orapay.com.

ORA PAY reserves the right to dynamically adjust this AUP to align with international regulatory frameworks and evolving card network guidelines.
